AdCellerant is seeking a Product Support Specialist to help customers use our AI-enhanced digital marketing platform. You will work with Engineering, QA, Product, Sales, and Operations to resolve technical issues and improve customer experiences.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and supporting email marketing campaigns as part of our product suite. Hybrid work is available with preference for near Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot software systems and explain tech concepts to non‑technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop extensive knowledge of AdCellerant products.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions.
• Support email marketing campaigns from HTML5 creatives to UTM links.
• Escalate bugs and contribute to product fixes.
• Document and maintain procedures and external Help Center content.
