Job summary

SHRM is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing programs across email, paid media, display, and web channels.

You'll design and run A/B tests, leverage AI and automation for faster, higher‑quality delivery, and partner with internal units to align marketing with business goals in a hybrid work setting (in‑office Tue–Thu, remote Mon & Fri).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of digital marketing or related role.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, display, and web channels.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Serve as trusted marketing advisor to internal business units, translating business goals into integrated marketing strategies.
• Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to increase speed, scale, and quality of marketing execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, campaign performance, and technology utilization.
