Qualifications
- Five or more years in project/program management or PMO or related field.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead PMO and portfolio governance, planning, risk management and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross‑functional NPI programs from concept through launch.
- Define scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource needs.
- Create and maintain charters, RAID logs, and change controls.
- Deliver executive updates and dashboards on progress and priorities.
- Coach teams on planning, risk management and accountability.
- Support Associate PM activities including roadmap alignment and requirements.
