Wagner Spraytech Scandinavia A/S in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for new products and a portfolio. You will own the product marketing process from strategy through launch and into in-market performance.

The role requires 7+ years in product marketing, a Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, and strong project management while collaborating with sales, creative, and finance. Hybrid work and competitive benefits offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in product marketing or brand marketing.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches across multiple channels.
• Audit & optimize category messaging and assets to current market trends.
• Define customer personas and journeys for new products.
• Define competitive positioning and craft messaging with strong value propositions.
• Lead launch campaigns, including budgets, assets, and segmentation.
