Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Organizational Leadership or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, strategy, transformation, or PMO leadership.
• Experience facilitating planning, governance, and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning cycles, quarterly planning, roadmap development, and organizational rhythms to improve planning predictability and alignment.
• Develop portfolio reporting, artifacts, dashboards, and executive presentations for visibility into health, investment, and ownership.
• Analyze portfolio health, capacity, risks, value delivery, and investment trends to identify insights for leadership.
• Facilitate portfolio investment analysis, prioritization, scenario planning, and tradeoff evaluations with leadership.
• Define and improve portfolio planning, governance, and operating model artifacts to support alignment and decision-making.
• Support organizational visibility and planning capabilities, including team-to-product alignment and cost transparency.
