Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to support active technology initiatives focused on crew operations in Celebration, FL (Hybrid). The role emphasizes near-term execution, backlog ownership, prioritization with stakeholders, and collaboration with engineering and business teams to move priority work from refinement through delivery.

Responsibilities include refining user stories, ensuring delivery readiness, supporting testing and deployment, and stabilizing in-flight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of three years of product management experience for enterprise technology or operational systems.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs and working with software engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Flowable or similar delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain delivery-ready backlogs for assigned initiatives, enhancements, and expense project work.
• Prioritize work with stakeholders based on business value, operational impact, delivery timing, and project objectives.
• Partner with engineering teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning inputs, product readiness, release planning, and implementation support.
• Make timely product decisions, manage scope tradeoffs, and elevate risks or blockers as needed.
• Support testing, user validation, deployment readiness, stakeholder communications, and post-launch stabilization.
• Utilize modern collaboration tools to improve story quality, documentation, meeting follow-up, testing support, and delivery efficiency.
