Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Product Owner to partner with Product Manager and agile teams to execute the product roadmap and drive delivery of initiatives. You will own the product backlog, create and refine user stories and ensure acceptance criteria align with business goals.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, manage dependencies across teams, and ensure alignment with overall strategy while guiding the team through the agile lifecycle and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 4+ years relevant work experience with at least 2+ years in a product owner role in an agile environment.
• Experience in a digital, eCommerce environment.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint.
• Experience leading teams in an agile setting and managing a backlog.

Responsibilities

• Set & communicate a clear product vision to team members & stakeholders.
• Lead business & technical development teams through the agile development lifecycle.
• Track & communicate in-production digital product KPIs.
• Create epics & user stories with acceptance criteria for the team backlog.
• Advocate for business stakeholders by providing timely actionable insights.
• Facilitate release planning and product demos with stakeholders.
• Develop Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with strategy.
