Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development, sourcing, or supply chain in apparel or consumer products.
• Experience managing products through full lifecycle from development to delivery.
• Experience with global suppliers, manufacturers, and import programs.
• Possesses costing strategy, vendor negotiations, and margin management skills.
• Ability to build critical paths and production timelines across teams.
• Ability to improve processes and operating models across departments.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive execution against deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional influence and decision-making across partners.
• Proficient in PLM systems, product tracking tools, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development, sourcing, production, and delivery across categories.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through commercialization and delivery.
• Build and manage Time & Action calendars and milestone tracking.
• Partner with global suppliers to execute sourcing strategies and growth objectives.
• Manage costing, margins, and vendor negotiations across categories.
• Resolve production and quality challenges throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish processes, rhythms, and tools for an integrated product creation model.
• Ensure accuracy across PLM, BOM, costing, samples, and tracking systems.
• Lead, coach, and prioritize work across Product Development team.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Leadership for alignment.
