You will partner across Sourcing, Production, Design, Merchandising, Planning, and global vendors to shape how products are made and to drive growth. This hybrid role requires 5+ years in product development or supply chain, a Bachelor's degree, and strong collaboration with international partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development, sourcing, production, or supply chain within apparel or consumer goods.
• Experience managing full lifecycle from development to delivery.
• Strong vendor negotiations and cost-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development, sourcing, production, and delivery execution across assigned categories.
• Drive product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization, production, and distribution center delivery.
• Build and manage Time & Action calendars, milestone tracking, and workflow processes that support business priorities and delivery commitments.
• Partner with global suppliers and manufacturing partners to execute sourcing strategies and support growth objectives.
• Manage costing, margin optimization, and vendor negotiations across product categories.
• Resolve production, quality, delivery, and execution challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish processes, operating rhythms, and tools that support an integrated product creation model.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity across PLM, BOM, costing, sample management, and product tracking systems.
• Lead, coach, and prioritize work across Product Development team members.
• Partner across Design, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Leadership teams to drive alignment and decision-making.
