Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Manager, Product Development & Sourcing for Beyond Yoga at Culver City, CA. The role leads end-to-end product development, sourcing, production, and delivery, coordinating with global vendors and internal teams to drive margins and on-time launches.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Development, the candidate will manage calendars, optimize costs, and guide a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development, sourcing, production, product creation, or supply chain experience within apparel or consumer products.
• Manage products through the full lifecycle from development through production and delivery.
• Navigate partnerships with global suppliers, manufacturers, and import programs.
• Drive costing strategy, vendor negotiations, margin management, and sourcing decisions.
• Build and manage critical paths, Time & Action calendars, and production timelines.
• Improve processes, operating models, and ways of working across teams.
• Lead teams, balance competing priorities, and drive execution against deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. *The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,000 - $120,000 per year**.** We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
