Job summary

Lucky Brand seeks a Product Manager to lead end-to-end knit product development in collaboration with Merchandising, Design, and Technical Design teams. You will drive milestones from concept through production readiness, coordinating cross-functional partners and global suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and speed to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, product development, business, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or production in retail apparel.
• Experience with Discounters and Clubs business preferred.
• Knowledge of product development process and apparel lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PLM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end seasonal product development from concept to production readiness.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Technical Design, fabric, and suppliers to hit milestones.
• Manage development calendar, costings, samples, and deliverables.
• Communicate with internal teams and global suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor risks to quality, cost, or timing and propose solutions.
• Maintain product specs, development details, and approvals in PLM and systems.
• Prepare development reports and status updates for milestone reviews.
