Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a Sourcing and Product Development Specialist to lead end-to-end apparel development, coordinating calendars, managing vendors, and ensuring on-time sample execution with quality and cost targets.

Collaborating with Planning, Global Materials Supply, Logistics, Technical Design, and Quality teams, you will translate strategies into actionable plans, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvements across sourcing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• English and Mandarin language proficiency
• 3+ years in sourcing with apparel industry exposure
• Experience in knitted and woven apparel product development
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and trends
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end product development activities, including calendar planning and vendor management
• Monitor development timelines and mitigate delays
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure sample execution quality
• Translate development strategies into actionable sourcing plans
• Track progress and align with managers and stakeholders
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and execute changes
• Collaborate with Planning, Global Materials Supply, Logistics, Technical Design, and Quality teams
• Communicate risks and propose data-backed solutions
• Drive continuous improvement across sourcing operations
