Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a hybrid role in Columbus, IN. The contract role focuses on GBPA updates, GSAR changes, and outfiles resolution, with daily interaction across hardware and supplier teams. You will coordinate with sourcing to drive VPCR and SCR openings and ensure accurate pricing and part data.

Responsibilities

• Handle GBPA & FIT updates for hundreds to thousands of part numbers using mass upload tools and Oracle.
• Update GSAR information; coordinate for supplier approvals and internal teams.
• Review 50–100+ outfiles monthly to resolve price discrepancies.
• Support daily hardware requests; pull Windchill prints and generate PO PDFs from Oracle.
• Raise VPCR and SCR with sourcing for project needs.
