University of Illinois System seeks a Procurement Services Assistant for the College of Nursing in Chicago. The role supports purchasing, reimbursements, travel, and payment processes within a shared services model. Regular on-site work is required during business hours.

Ideal candidates will have procurement experience and familiarity with Banner, iBuy, and Emburse, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and tuition waivers.

Qualificações

• Six months of procurement-related work experience or college credit totaling six months.
• Possession of CPPB/CPPO, CPSM, APP, CPM or equivalent satisfies requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and process purchases, P-Card and T-Card transactions and reimbursements.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and reconciliation per university policies.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and identify purchasing options.
• Use Emburse Enterprise, iBuy, Banner, EDDIE, TDX, iTravel and Adobe Sign to complete tasks.
• Facilitate travel arrangements for faculty, staff and guests.
