Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a collaborative Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist to shape sourcing strategies, support system-wide initiatives, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency. The role is hybrid, with three days onsite at the Integrated Service Center in Plainfield, IN, and work hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), 3–5 years in supply chain or procurement, experience in contract management and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, contract management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting sourcing, contract management, supplier management, or operational performance initiatives.
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple operational processes, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience analyzing operational data and developing recommendations to support business decisions and process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, supplier management practices, and procurement operations.
