Job summary

LeadStack Inc. is seeking a Procurement Operations Business Partner on a 1-year contract in San Francisco. The role focuses on tactical buying, processing requisitions, and coordinating with Legal, Security and IT to drive timely POs and compliant purchases.

You will shepherd requests through the system, maintain spend data, and support month-end closes while aligning with Finance on reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in procurement operations or related roles.
• Experience handling purchase requests through P2P tools.
• Comfort coordinating with legal, security and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the front door for purchase requests and obtain review-ready submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and contracting to move requests to PO.
• Maintain PO lifecycle data and support month-end close with spend inputs.
• Translate procurement, legal and finance requirements into plain language for business partners.
