Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in procurement operations or a closely related role.
• Experience running PR intake through purchase order in procure-to-pay systems.
• Understanding of contract review workflows across procurement, legal, and security.
• Strong financial controls knowledge, including GL coding and accruals.
• Familiarity with high-volume purchasing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day procurement partner for a portfolio of teams.
• Review purchase requests and supporting documents for completeness and policy.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance.
• Translate requirements into plain language for business partners.
• Manage purchase orders across their lifecycle, including changes.
• Partner with AP and vendors to resolve invoice questions.
• Support month-end close by gathering spend and explaining variances.
• Be a visible point of contact in Slack and office hours.
• Maintain playbooks and look for automation improvements using Claude.
