You will manage key contracting processes, track renewals and terms, centralize spend on a single platform, and drive process efficiencies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship or co-op experience.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Shepherd stakeholders through the end‑to‑end spend process and create an initial spend funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, security, finance, technology) to improve intake and routing of spend.
• Facilitate the contract management lifecycle to ensure accurate information for prioritizing support.
• Develop familiarity with tools, guides, templates, and contract requirements to guide stakeholders.
