Delta Dental Plan of Michigan, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Processing Operations in Farmington Hills, MI.

This leadership role plans, directs and supervises daily Processing Center activities to meet department goals and ensure efficient data entry and claims processing workflows. The candidate will guide staff, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement while coordinating across affiliate plans and external partners.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree with coursework in a business-related area.
• Three years’ experience in an operations environment.
• Two years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop employees.
• Experience supervising in a collective bargaining environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and supervise daily activities of one or more operations teams.
• Manage staff recruitment, evaluation and development.
• Staffing forecasts, overtime and long-range planning.
• Monitor headcount, performance and productivity with coaching.
• Lead continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.
• Oversee training on technology and processes.
• Ensure KPI targets and government guarantees processing are met.
• Provide data-driven reports for management and quality control.
• Liaise with customers, vendors and internal relations on Data Entry.
