Qualifications

• Strong experience in business process transformation, design and redesign
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred in finance or accounting processes
• Proven expertise in change management and user adoption in complex environments
• Ability to be onsite at least 3 days per week in Hartford, CT
• U.S. residency required; visa sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Design and document future-state business processes, including current-state assessment and gap analysis
• Lead process improvement and redesign initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce complexity
• Support change management and adoption to ensure successful implementation of new processes
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align processes with operating model goals
• Identify opportunities to minimize technical debt through thoughtful process and workflow design
