Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, finance process improvement, or finance advisory services.
• Knowledge of end-to-end finance and accounting processes, including P2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Experience within consulting or professional services.
• Experience with ERP/finance platforms and FP&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and sustainable change.
• Provide strategic perspectives on finance and accounting organizations using industry trends and best practices.
• Assess business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for value creation.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics using Power BI.
• Manage all aspects of engagement delivery: planning, budgeting, staffing, execution, client communications, and outcomes.
• Demonstrate judgment in engagement management: problem-solving, risk identification, and quality assurance.
• Support business development and go-to-market initiatives including proposal development and client relationship management.
• Lead and mentor team members with coaching, feedback, and career development.
