Job summary

TALENT SHIFT, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Process Change Manager for a contract engagement in Hartford, CT. The role requires a hybrid presence, with on-site work three days per week, and a focus on designing future-state processes and leading transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align processes to operating model goals, drive efficiency, and reduce complexity while managing adoption and minimizing technical debt across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong experience in business process transformation, process design, and redesign.
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred, in finance or accounting process areas.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and user adoption within complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives supporting enterprise transformation.
• Ability to serve on-site at least 3 days per week in Hartford, CT.
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design and document future-state business processes, including current-state assessment and gap analysis
• Lead process improvement and redesign initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce complexity
• Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes
