Lam Research in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Process Technician to support wafer fabrication, process development and R&D. You will set up processing equipment, run experiments, collect data, and present results to engineers to help optimize yield and process performance.

Responsibilities include assisting process engineers, operating advanced tools with defined recipes, documenting results, and contributing to troubleshooting and improvement of lab setups.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in technical field or higher in semiconductors/electronics/chemistry/mechanical.
• 2-4 years related experience.
• Ability to work in a clean room with PPE.
• Foundational English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to work a shift schedule.

Aufgaben

• Supports Process Engineers in preparation for wafer fabrication equipment tests, setup, experiments, data collection, and sample submissions.
• Operates processing equipment and advanced tools with recipes defined by engineering teams to collect results and analyze chemistry properties.
• Prepares records, charts, and schematics of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield optimization areas.
• Provides technical assistance to process development teams and process engineers.
