Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee daily management and accounting for a portfolio of clients including insurance entities, captives, and reinsurance pools. The role combines consulting, advisory, and managerial duties to ensure financial monitoring and regulatory compliance.

You will prepare and review financial statements under US GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS, manage client relationships, and lead audit processes with adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with customers in an Account Management or Client Services role.
• Experience in financial reporting under GAAP or IFRS and insurance regulatory environment.
• Strong ability to discuss regulatory updates with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or perform technical review of financial statements under US GAAP, Statutory, or IFRS.
• Ensure all financial aspects of the client are efficiently managed.
• Discuss regulatory updates with clients and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, regulators, and colleagues.
• Manage financial audit process with auditors and meet deadlines.
