Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Process Improvement Associate to join the Network Operations team in New York City. The role focuses on designing, optimizing, and implementing processes across departments to support strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.

You will work cross-functionally, manage project plans, collect requirements, and communicate risk mitigation strategies while reporting to the Director, Network Ops Governance & Oversight.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering and/or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with data software (Excel/SQL/Python) and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations with project plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate departmental performance and drive mitigations.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to plan change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Mentor team members and support professional development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
