Job summary

You will lead initiatives that standardize processes, improve data accuracy, and deliver meaningful operational improvements across the supply chain.

You will partner with IT and business users to design, test, and optimize processes, conduct data-integrity audits, and track performance through clear metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of supply chain, finance, operations, or regulatory compliance experience.
• Strong project, time management, and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training and meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Standardize processes across the supply chain and improve data accuracy.
• Design, test, and optimize master data, parameters, and transactional data for planning.
• Lead multiple projects from planning through implementation and communicate progress.
• Develop process documentation and training plans; support change-management efforts.
