You will coach Lean Practitioners, develop curricula, and partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable improvements. This on-site role requires strong leadership, change management, and a passion for process excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 10 years of end-to-end project management, Engineering, Production/Operations, or related experience.
• Must complete Master Black Belt certification within 3 years.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or TQM on a department or organizational level.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma programs and strategic projects to improve productivity and quality.
• Partner with senior leaders, process owners, and cross-functional teams to define priorities and needs.
• Analyze complex data and design practical, sustainable solutions.
• Coach Lean Practitioners, Green Belts, Black Belts, and leaders; develop curriculum.
• Ensure work aligns with quality, environmental, safety, and business requirements.
