Job summary

Gallo Glass seeks a collaborative Continuous Improvement leader to drive Lean Six Sigma programs and strategic projects across the organization. You will guide teams to improve productivity, partner with senior leaders, and translate data into practical, lasting solutions.

You will coach practitioners, develop curriculum, and ensure alignment with quality, safety, and environmental requirements while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 10 years of end-to-end project management, Engineering, Production/Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Sales, Marketing, B2B customer service, or military leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to pass and complete all certification requirements at the Master Black Belt level within 3 years.
• Required to possess personnel management or technical process management experience.
• Required to possess demonstrated team building, leadership, training, mentoring and coaching skills and experience.
• Required to possess demonstrated process/continuous improvement experience on a departmental or organizational level and process improvement projects to closure.
• Required to possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma programs and strategic projects that increase productivity, strengthen process performance, and deliver measurable results.
• Partner with senior leaders, process owners, and cross-functional teams to identify priorities, define customer needs, analyze complex data, and design practical, sustainable solutions.
• Coach Lean Practitioners, Green Belts, Black Belts, leaders, managers, and frontline teams, and develop curriculum for certification.
• Maintain Lean Six Sigma tools and best practices, benchmark external programs, support governance and project reviews.
• Translate statistical analysis into clear actions and foster an inclusive, customer-focused culture.
