At GALLO, we’re looking for a collaborative Continuous Improvement leader to help teams solve meaningful business challenges, improve customer experiences, and build lasting capability across the organization. In this role, you will lead Lean Six Sigma programs and strategic projects that increase productivity, strengthen process performance, and deliver measurable results. You will partner with senior leaders, process owners, and cross-functional teams to identify priorities, define customer needs, analyze complex data, and design practical, sustainable solutions. Using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, organizational change management, and project-management practices, you will guide initiatives from opportunity discovery through implementation, control plans, and leadership reporting. As a trusted technical resource, you will coach Lean Practitioners, Green Belts, Black Belts, leaders, managers, and frontline teams. You will shape and deliver advanced Lean Six Sigma curriculum, mentor others through certification and project work, and create train-the-trainer approaches that expand continuous improvement capability throughout GALLO. Success in this role requires curiosity, sound judgment, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to translate statistical analysis into clear actions. You will challenge existing ways of working with respect, encourage innovative ideas, and foster an inclusive, customer-focused culture where people at every level can contribute to improvement. You will also maintain Lean Six Sigma tools and best practices, benchmark external programs, support governance and project reviews, and help ensure work is aligned with quality, environmental, safety, and business requirements. If you are energized by developing people, solving complex problems, and turning data into lasting impact, we encourage you to apply.
