Job summary

We are a family-owned company with a long legacy seeking a Continuous Improvement & Business Process professional at GALLO to lead initiatives that standardize processes and improve data accuracy across the supply chain. You will partner with IT and business users to design, test, and optimize processes for reliable master data and transactional data, driving measurable performance improvements.

You will manage multiple projects, develop documentation, training plans, and change-management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of supply chain, finance, operations, new product development, or regulatory compliance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong project, time management, and communication skills are essential to ensure project goals are met through timely and accurate implementation and execution.
Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Understanding of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and support initiatives that standardize processes and improve data accuracy.
Reduce cost and deliver meaningful operational improvements across the supply chain.
Design, test, and optimize processes for master data and transactional data.
Develop process documentation, training plans, and manage change-management efforts.
Contribute expertise in SAP, RPA, AI, and related systems.
Manage multiple projects from planning through implementation and communicate progress clearly.
