Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience in regulated or high-precision industries such as aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing or production processes.
• Familiarity with quality and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC) is an advantage.
