Job summary

Anchor Loans in Thousand Oaks, CA, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to support Loan Originators through the origination process, from lead to close, delivering an exceptional borrower experience.

You will combine loan structuring, pipeline management, borrower relationships, and business development support to drive growth within the Sales organization. Hybrid role with in-office days Tue-Thu.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending, private lending, banking, real estate, or customer-facing sales support is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive with leadership qualities and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Originators in sizing, documenting, and closing loans.
• Manage lead and loan activities in Salesforce on behalf of Loan Originators.
• Evaluate transactions using standard tools to size deals, create quotes, and draft term sheets.
• Complete file escalations including pricing, structuring, and tiering exceptions.
• Pre-qualify loan packages and obtain required borrower documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Processing, Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan pipeline progression.
