Job summary

Anchor Loans LP in Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support loan origination with a strong focus on borrower experience. The role combines loan structuring, pipeline management, borrower relationships, and business development within the Sales organization.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in mortgage/private lending, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in mortgage lending or related finance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong work ethic with initiative and leadership/supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Originators in sizing, documenting, and closing loans.
• Manage lead and loan activities in the CRM (Salesforce) on behalf of Loan Originators.
• Evaluate transactions using standardized tools to size deals, create quotes, and draft term sheets.
• Complete file escalations including pricing, structuring, and tiering exceptions.
• Pre-qualify loan packages and obtain required borrower documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Processing, Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan pipeline progression.
