Anchor Loans in Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to partner with Loan Originators, supporting the origination process from lead through closing while delivering an exceptional borrower experience.
You will size loans, prepare pricing, draft term sheets, manage CRM activities (Salesforce), pre-qualify packages, and collaborate with Processing, Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting to move the loan pipeline smoothly.

The Client Relationship Manager partners closely with Loan Originators to support the origination process from lead through closing while delivering an exceptional borrower experience. This role combines loan structuring, pipeline management, borrower relationship management, and business development support, providing a strong foundation for growth within the Sales organization.
This is a hybrid position which requires in-office reporting to Anchor’s Thousand Oaks office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is optional Monday and Friday.
The base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
