Job summary

Anchor Loans in Thousand Oaks seeks a Portfolio Manager to join the Servicing team, providing portfolio-level visibility through data analysis and reporting. You will identify risks and drive action across servicing and management of construction loans.

The role partners with Construction Monitoring, Asset Management, Special Servicing, and other teams to ensure timely action and clear leadership visibility into portfolio health. Hybrid in Thousand Oaks with in-office Tue-Thu.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in portfolio management, construction lending, or related real estate functions.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and exceptions across a portfolio.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; experience with dashboards or BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan and portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and exceptions.
• Monitor KPIs such as construction progress, maturity, covenants, and borrower performance.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, risk ratings, and watchlists for visibility.
• Collaborate with origination, underwriting, construction monitoring, and asset management to drive accountability.
