Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, exceptions, and risks.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis; BI dashboards preferred.
• Experience with AI/LLMs in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan and portfolio performance to identify trends, exceptions, emerging risks, and areas requiring attention.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, risk ratings and watchlists for visibility.
• Escalate issues with clear analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end loan visibility.
