Job summary

Cella is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our client's Kids Division in Framingham, MA. This hybrid role combines 3 days remote with 2 days onsite and involves negotiating prices, managing vendor structures, and driving product vision for trend-right apparel.

You will analyze complex product data in advanced Excel, collaborate with Merchants and cross-functional teams, and ensure timely shipment while maintaining compliance. A Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business-related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with ability to synthesize data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source private label programs by building strong relationships with Agents, Vendors, and Buyers.
• Negotiate pricing and set strategic orders based on factory capacity, delivery, and quality.
• Analyze product data in advanced Excel spreadsheets to support development decisions.
• Evaluate agent/vendor/factory structures for private label apparel.
• Manage duty-free programs and maintain compliance documentation.
• Ensure factories meet garment quality and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Merchants, Managers, and cross-functional teams to ship on time.
