The role requires a Bachelor's in Apparel/Fashion/Textile Design and 5+ years in technical design, with strong CAD

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in apparel or fashion design is required.
5+ years of experience in technical design or senior apparel roles.
Experience with private label development and multiple accounts.
Strong knowledge of garment construction and grading.

Responsibilities

Create detailed tech packs with measurements, fabrics, trims, and stitching instructions.
Lead fit evaluations and implement adjustments.
Oversee sample development from concept to final sample.
Evaluate garment construction and suggest improvements.
Manage private label programs per account.
Validate grade rules for sizing consistency.
Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams.
Ensure quality control and timely project delivery.
