Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily workload by time sensitivity and determine required actions.
• Process activities in the Agency Management System and verify data against records.
• Research missing information in the system and notify the servicing agent.
• Escalate issues to Lead Operations Representative or Manager as needed.
• Follow up on open activities to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date workflow documentation and ensure adherence.
• Meet daily processing targets and monthly accuracy goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
