Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Las Vegas is seeking a Private Client Advisor to join our Client Advisory team. You will assess client exposures, review loss experiences and current coverages, and tailor product recommendations to meet high net worth clients’ needs with accuracy and confidence.

You’ll present renewal proposals, support day-to-day service, and collaborate with carriers to offer comprehensive coverage while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years personal lines insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele.
• P&C License required.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to tailor products for HNW clients.
• Present renewal proposals and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews.
• Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to offer comprehensive coverage options.
