Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in Las Vegas is seeking a Private Client Advisor to join our Client Advisory team. You will review client exposures, loss experiences, and current coverages to tailor products and services to their needs, with a focus on high net worth clients.

You will present market data, prepare renewal proposals, and negotiate with carriers to secure comprehensive coverage while maintaining exceptional service and client retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience with high net worth clients.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to manage expectations.
• Willingness to travel for client and company meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess client exposures and renewal needs, recommending tailored coverages.
• Present market data and renewal proposals; negotiate with carriers.
• Provide proactive, day-to-day client service and respond to inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive retention and referrals.
