Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Customer Solutions Professional to operate in a hybrid role from our Carrollton office. You will handle orders, address inquiries, and tailor services to meet each customer's needs while learning Veritiv's products and processes.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. You will serve as the primary responder to inquiries and grievances, resolve pricing, billing, credits, payments, and shipping issues, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related job experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary responder for customer inquiries and grievances.
• Address pricing, billing, credits, payments, and shipping issues.
• Navigate company systems to resolve concerns independently.
• Provide proactive, efficient service to maintain high satisfaction.
• Build relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance.
• Keep customer account details current in Salesforce.
• Support training and onboarding of new hires.
