One Medical seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in San Francisco, CA, to join our primary care team. You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive visits, and provide in-person or telehealth care with a collaborative, technology-enabled approach.

Required CA licensure, completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, and 5 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year with a fellowship/urgent care). LARC experience is a plus.

Formación

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State license in California as of start date.
• 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care (or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care).
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, or via tele health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and team huddles.
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams.
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures as allowed.
