Job summary

One Medical is seeking a California-licensed NP or PA to join our hybrid primary care team. This full-time role combines in-office and remote patient care with a base salary of the range shown and sign-on/relocation options.

You’ll manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office procedures where approved, and collaborate with both in-person and virtual colleagues to deliver high-quality, human-centered care.

Qualifications

• Accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• California license required by start date.
• 5 years as Advanced Practitioner with 2+ years outpatient primary care or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office or testing center visits and occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
