Job summary

One Medical is seeking a physician for a hybrid, full-time role based in our Pacific Heights San Francisco office. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-office and tele-health care, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds to advance care quality.

Eligible candidates are board-certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, with a CA license and residency completed. The role includes leadership of NP/PA colleagues and potential multi-state credentialing for virtual care.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in California, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams on patient care.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.
• Acquire additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
