Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Pricing & Profitability Product Manager in Dallas, TX to drive pricing, profitability analysis, and related sales enablement across strategic platforms.

You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable product solutions, improve adoption, and enable informed decision-making in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, data and analytics, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, workflows, and end-user needs.
• Develop pricing, profitability, lending, and CRM platform expertise to improve performance.
• Lead product discovery sessions with stakeholders, users, and vendor teams.
• Define product vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories for Agile delivery.
• Manage backlogs and partner with Agile teams through design, build, test, and release.
• Collaborate with technology, testing, and release management teams for delivery.
• Support annual roadmaps, quarterly prioritization, and capacity planning across multiple products.
• Evaluate platform functionality and recommend usability and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand capabilities and release schedules.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement based on feedback and priorities.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
• Build cross-functional product knowledge across domains as priorities evolve.
