U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager to drive product vision, planning and development across human and digital product strategies. You will collaborate with experience design, technology, and risk teams to prioritize features and deliver outcomes that meet customer needs.

The role requires managing the end-to-end lifecycle, aligning with OKRs, and working from a U.S. Bank location several days per week in a hybrid model. A strong customer focus and knowledge of Agile practices are essential.

Formación

• Product management experience.
• Expertise in interdependencies among product model system elements that drive performance and allow design of solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and risk management in product development.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet business needs.
• Translate business needs into product vision, roadmap and OKRs.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap with cross-functional partners.
