Schaedler Yesco Distribution Inc. is seeking a Pricing Administrator to ensure pricing accuracy and manage pricing agreements.

You will work with Pricing, Sales, and Purchasing to maintain SPAs, renew pricing agreements, and support data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, data-focused environment. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement at our Mechanicsburg, PA location, with responsibilities spanning price maintenance, reporting, and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with lookups, pivots, formulas.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Eclipse preferred).
• Experience with pricing tools and data management processes.
• Exposure to BI or analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Create, extend, and maintain SPAs and Blanket Price Agreements.
• Update, correct, and validate pricing and cost data using reports.
• Monitor pricing data for inconsistencies and resolve issues.
• Research and resolve routine pricing or cost discrepancies.
• Support vendor rebate claim process and pricing reviews.
• Assist with data preparation for pricing and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
• Document workflows and best practices.
