Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems in Bridgeton, Missouri is seeking a full-time Pricing Manager to lead cost estimating and pricing using ProPricer in a Deltek Costpoint environment. The role is hands-on and will work in a hybrid schedule from the Bridgeton facility.

You will oversee pricing strategy, cost models, and data packages for major pursuits, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR/CAS and internal controls. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of DoD proposal pricing and estimating experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR, DFAR & CAS and various contract types.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing team of six-FTE executing all cost and price proposals.
• Manage day-to-day activities, including development and evaluation of pricing strategies and estimating methodologies.
• Ensure pricing complies with regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve margin and support price-to-win.
• Oversee cost volume development and production of certified cost or pricing data.
