Willmott Dixon in the UK is seeking a dynamic Preconstruction Project Manager to join our Morley-based team. This hybrid role requires coordinating a bid team to deliver two-stage/negotiated tenders from 10m to 100m across Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, Transport and Commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the bid process in construction projects.
• Ability to devise and monitor preconstruction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preconstruction bid process and coordinate internal/external resources to deliver bids on time and to high quality.
• Motivate and lead a bid team including estimators, design professionals, MEPs and external consultants.
• Develop commercial plans that meet customers' expectations and sustainability objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a seamless transition from preconstruction to inception workshops.
